
Biografía
My name is Miguel Fernández-Niño, I am a senior food scientist and synthetic biologist, Alumni from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and currently working at the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC) as a Severo Ochoa Fellow. During the last 10 years, I have been working on several projects related to food science and industrial biotechnology. I have experience in research and teaching food biochemistry, food microbiology, synthetic biology, genome/transcriptome mining, metabolic engineering, and molecular biotechnology.
