Visit of PhD students in Food Quality & Design, from Wageningen University

On March 28, 34 doctoral students from the Food Quality & Design group at Wageningen University visited us. The purpose of this visit was the exchange of experiences and knowledge in food innovation and research with IATA researchers.
After the visit to the centre, two short workshops were organised, one with Amparo Tárrega and Laura Laguna, from the Sensory Food Properties and Consumer Perception Laboratory, and another with Mamen Cenit and Marina Romani, from the Microbial Ecology and Nutrition Group.
