On February 26th and 27th , ITENE has organized a course focused on food safety in packaging.
Mª José Fabra Rovira, researcher at IATA, has participated in this conference, giving the course entitled "Introduction and basic concepts related to materials in contact with food".
The main objective was to show how to obtain the necessary tools to ensure the suitability for food contact of the packaging and packaging materials marketed by your company and to learn about the aspects related to the conformity of packaging in contact with food and food safety. The topics have been dealt with from a practical approach and updated in terms of the latest developments in the field of plastics, paper and cardboard and other packaging materials, thanks to the exhibition of practical and successful cases.
