Fidel Toldrá Vilardell, Research Professor at the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (CSIC), has been awarded the International Lectureship Award from the American Meat Science Association (AMSA). This Award is the highest award of said Association and was established in 1992 to honor an individual for internationally recognized contributions to the field of meat science and technology and active leadership and promotion of international activities in fostering cooperation and open communication, and the dissemination of knowledge for the benefit of society through meat science and technology.
The presentation of the paper and delivery of the Award will take place during the celebration of the 2023 AMSA Reciprocal Meat Conference to be held in St. Paul, Minnesota (USA) from June 25 to 28, 2023.
