Patricia Puerta, from the group Cereals and Derived Products; Food Science of IATA-CSIC, has received the I Student Award of the III AEPAS Congress, for the presentation of the work: "What do consumers pay attention to when they buy sliced bread and the reasons for their choice", in the oral communication modality.
III Congress of the Spanish Association of Sensory Analysis Professionals (AEPAS), held at the Basque Culinary Center (Donostia-San Sebastián) on 26, 27 and 28 June 2019.
This Congress brought together more than 120 Sensory Analysis professionals from the scientific field and industry, as well as prestigious international speakers. Its objective was to disseminate and share knowledge in relation to sensory science and its application as a tool for analysis in both the scientific and business world. The programme of this third edition has responded to four main themes: personalisation and well-being, sustainability and new foods, food quality and new tools for sensory analysis.
