Cristina Prieto wins the AgroBank Chair award for the transfer of knowledge in the agri-food sector

Our colleague Cristina Prieto, researcher of the Group of New Materials and Nanotechnology for Food Applications, has obtained the prize of the V Call for Grants for the transfer of knowledge in the agri-food sector of the AgroBank Chair.

The prize has been awarded to his research project "Microencapsulation of natural bioactive ingredients from plant by-products using the pressurized gas-assisted electrospraying technique", and has competed against 11 other projects submitted to this call.
