
Last Friday, March 29th, the conference "Multidisciplinary Science, key to scientific innovation" was held at IATA, where directors and representatives of the CSIC centres of the Valencian Community met.
The main objective of this conference has been to get to know each other among all the centres of different research areas in order to be able to favour possible collaborations between them.
Each centre's representative explained what their centre consists of and announced the main lines and sub-lines of research of each centre and which are the scientific-technical services that each one offers.
Cristina Molina Rosell, director of IATA, opened the event, then the individual presentations of the speakers were made and to finish all of them participated in a round table. In order of intervention, José Manuel Guillamón (vicedirector of IATA), Paloma Pérez (vicedirector of IBV), Fernando Rey (director ITQ), Juan José Hernández (director IFIC), José Luis García (co-director I2SYSBIO), Patricio García-Fayos (director CIDE), Oswaldo Palenzuela (vicedirector IATS), José María Benlloch (i3M,) Pablo d'Este (researcher INGENIO) and Víctor Borrell (vicedirector IN), Pablo d'Este (researcher INGENIO) and Víctor Borrell (vicedirector IN).
