Vicente Monedero, from the Lactic Bacteria and Probiotics group, gave yesterday, June 28, the conference "Lactic bacteria to alleviate metal toxicity" within the framework of the XXVIII Spanish Microbiology Society Congress, which is being held this week virtually.
This year the National Congress of Microbiology coincides with the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the SEM, therefore a specially selected program has been developed around three general thematic axes (global health, environmental microbiology and microbial biotechnology).
