On May 27, our colleagues Luis González-Candelas, from the Postharvest Physiology, Pathology and Biotechnology group, and José F. Marcos, from the Bioactive Proteins and Peptides group, participated in the 2nd technical webinar of the Innotransfer initiative of the Fundació Parc Científic Universitat de València (FPCUV). These technical meetings aim to give visibility to innovation opportunities, detected by the FPCUV in different agrotech areas, and show them to companies, associations and cooperatives, as well as to promote public-private collaboration in R&D and encourage their participation in this type of initiatives.
In the previous technical webinar, which took place on April 22, participated Amparo López, from the Packaging group, and Teresa Fernández-Espinar, from the Biological Activity of Food Compounds group.
