Professor Fidel Toldrá Vilardell was invited to visit the South China University of Technology in Guanzhou (China) last November where he gave lectures on the north and south campus. It is a university with the largest number of students (> 100,000 students) and among the 300 best in the world.
Prof. Toldrá also visited the facilities, the laboratories and the pilot plant of the Academy of Food Engineering and the category of research in the course with the corresponding professors. He also gave a seminar on the publication of scientific papers with Master's and Doctoral students in food engineering.
