Cristina M. Rosell inaugurated the Technical Conference of AETC

Last days 7th and 8th of November, the Technical Conference of the Spanish Association of Cereal Technicians (AETC) was held in Valladolid. The director of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA), Cristina Molina Rosell, also president of the association, gave the inaugural lecture of the event.

Also our collage Marina Romani was there and participated with her presentation "Relationship between intestinal microbiota and health, and Contribution of fiber in the diet."

The Technical Seminars have received around 300 professionals from the world of agricultural companies agrofood, advisers, consultants, cooperatives, flour, technology and research centers, laboratories, universities and public administrations to know the trends and the latest developed in all links of the cereal value chain.
