Lorenzo Zacarías, researcher from the Postharvest Physiology, Pathology and Biotechnology group, has participated in the international webinar organized by the Citrosol company on chilling injury on citrus.
This webinar was first offered in a session in Spanish on May 26 aimed at companies in Spain and South America. On June 2, the session was held in English, aimed at companies in Australia, with the ttle "Relevance of chilling injury in Citrus shipment and cold storage: advances in its control”, in which Dr. Zacarías gave the talk "Relevance of chilling injury in Citrus: symptoms and determining factors".
