Last week, 18th and 19th of June, the 2019 CPS Research Symposium was held in Austin, Texas. Dr. Gloria Sanchez, from the Department of Conservation and Food Safety of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology, spoke at the symposium.
Gloria participated in the Development of Microbiological Tools session with her talk: "Metagenomics to identify viral indicators in the produce chain".
