Interview with Cristina Molina about Gluten-free products in À Punt

To celebrate the National Celiac Day, Cristina Molina Rosell, director of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology has come to the À Punt evening news to talk about celiac disease and advances in research dedicated to developing new gluten-free products from a nutritional and healthy point of view.

In Spain, the National Celiac Day is celebrated every 27th of May in order to give visibility and support to celiac people with the intention of normalizing the life of the group. A day in which to fight for the rights of celiac people and raise awareness of the disease among all sectors of society.
